ComfortZone HVAC exists because of a Phoenix summer. In 2004, Tom Wilson was a refrigeration tech when his own AC died during a 115° heat wave. The company he called wanted $800 just to diagnose it—and couldn't come for 3 days. Tom fixed it himself in 2 hours for $50 in parts.
That night, sweating in his living room, Tom decided Phoenix deserved better. He started ComfortZone with one promise: same-day service, honest pricing, and no one waits in the heat. Twenty years later, we've kept that promise over 50,000 times. Our techs still carry Tom's original price list—adjusted for inflation, but the philosophy hasn't changed.
